New Client Request form

Hey there! I’m so happy you’re here. I am looking for serious inquires only, those who are looking to find a long term stylist and those who are seeking low maintenance/lived-in hair color or extensions. Just like any relationship, we need time to get to know each other and give you your dream hair! Your hair is the ONE thing you never take off and I want to help you feel your absolute best, at all times.

New clients, please expect to book for a minimum of 3-3.5 hours. It all depends on your desired look! Services start at $375+. Cut, color, toners, treatments all included.

If you are interested in extensions, please specify if you currently have them or are interested in adding them. Pricing is separate from color services and require in person consultations to determine what method will be best for you and your hair.

After receiving your info, I will reach out when openings come up. I typically am able to take only a small handful of new guests at one time. This could be 2 days or 2 months. If I feel like further communication would be necessary before we proceed or you would like to chat in person, we can set up an in person consultation before scheduling an appointment!

Please note, this form does NOT guarantee an appointment. If I feel you will be better suited with another stylist for any reason, I will happily pass on some recommendations for you!

Please describe your current hair to your best ability (ex: current color and if it was box/at home dye or an in-salon color service, natural hair color, length, brief history of what has been done to it in the past year or so, etc). If you are someone who needs your roots colored every 4-5 weeks please note that I may not be the stylist for you.

What you're hoping to achieve

Please describe to your best ability what your overall goal for your hair is. I specialize in natural looking, dimensional hair that'll give you the freedom to go several months in between appointments. **If you are interested in extensions, please let me know in this form and we can discuss in further detail with an in person consultation.

Availability

If our schedules do not match up, I am happy to give you a referral! The latest appointment time available during the week day for new clients is 3:00pm.

Preferred days of the week

My current schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I do not work weekends but if you need a weekend, my assitant takes clients on Saturdays!

How often do you like to be in the salon?

My goal for you is to be able to space out your appointments at least every 2-6 months with maybe a simple tone refresh in between.

My Terms & Policies

All new clients are required to put a $50 deposit down when scheduling an appointment with me. That deposit will go towards your total at the end of the service. If you need to cancel or reschedule please allow 24-48 hours in advance. Once the appointment is made, if you have to reschedule/cancel that deposit is forfeited and a new one will be put in place in order to schedule again. Same day cancellations are required to pay 50% of their total service (based off of the quote I provided you) before scheduling again.
